Southern hospitality was on display at NASPAA’s 2008 Conference hosted by The College of Charleston, Clemson University and The University of South Carolina. The conference had an excellent turnout with close to 350 deans, directors, program chairs and faculty participating in more than 50 panels, presentations and speeches.

NYU’s Wagner School assisted with the conference program, speakers and a special reception for school communication staff.

Some of the key conference highlights include:

Speeches by Brookings President Strobe Talbott and national political analyst and NYU lecturer Bob Shrum.

New marketing toolkit (www.naspaatoolkit.org) that member schools can use and ‘Go Public’ theme for prospective students (www.GoPublicService.org).
